The HIRO Performance Vertical keeps your pouch hanging the way you were taught at discharge, with the drain opening at the bottom. It is a great fit for recovery, seated work, and everyday wear. The HIRO Performance Horizontal holds the pouch off to one side, toward the hip, so bending, driving, and stomach or side sleeping stay comfortable. It is the style I wear for sports like tennis and surfing.
